TreeGenerator — Licensing & Privacy

License status

TreeGenerator is not automatically open source. If the exact repository/distribution contains an explicit LICENSE, that license controls. If no open-source license is included, the product remains proprietary even if distributed free of charge.

Commercial editions default to a single-user / one-seat license unless the product-specific license states otherwise.

User-created outputs

Users retain 100% of their rights in original outputs they create with TreeGenerator, royalty-free for personal or commercial use, subject to rights in any third-party inputs. HeartDEV does not obtain ownership merely because the tool was used.

Privacy release gate

Before release, audit whether the actual build transmits licensing data, crash data, analytics, update-check data or account data. If none is transmitted, publish that fact accurately. If data is transmitted, publish a product-specific privacy notice before release.
